A few helpful answers.
Every custom order starts with a conversation.
How long will my order take?
Add your preferred need-by date to the request. Nicole will review the design, quantity, and availability, then confirm whether that date can be met. Your requested date is not a guaranteed completion date.
Which shirt size should I choose?
Choose the youth or adult size in the product options. Fit can vary by garment. If you need measurements, another size, or help choosing, mention it in your customization details so Nicole can confirm before production. For mixed sizes, add a separate piece for each size and quantity.
Are graphics, revisions, or redos included?
Graphic design work, design revisions/redos, and other add-ons are additional charges. Describe what you need in your customization details. Nicole will review the work and quote any extra fees for your approval before starting. These fees are not included in the website’s starting estimates.
Can I request a bulk order?
Yes—enter the quantity you need, or add separate pieces for different sizes and designs. Include the occasion and preferred date. Nicole will confirm availability and any bulk pricing after reviewing your request; discounts are not applied automatically.
Can I use my own photos, logo, or design?
Yes. Paste an artwork or inspiration link when customizing, or attach your files to the email before sending. Include the exact wording and spelling. This website does not upload attachments; Nicole will review the files and confirm what can be used.
What happens after I review my request?
You’ll see a complete summary. Choose “Open email app,” review the email and attachments, then send it yourself. You can also copy or download the request and send it to Belladonscustoms@yahoo.com. Reviewing a request on this site does not send it.
How do I receive my quote and confirm the order?
Nicole will follow up using the contact details you provide to confirm the design, final price, timing, and pickup or shipping arrangements. Add-ons cost extra. Displayed estimates exclude tax, shipping, add-ons, and design upgrades. No payment is collected here, and your request is not a confirmed order.
